Approach
Built to slot in, not to replace anything.
Informance turns a dense annual report into a guided sequence of interactive infographics. Readers grasp the message at a glance, drill into what matters, and ask the built-in assistant for the rest.
Four decisions shape how we work with IR teams: what we produce, what we measure, how we let readers interrogate the document, and how we fit inside a process you already trust.
01
Concierge production.
Your first report is produced by our team, end-to-end. You hand us the final PDF, your brand guidelines, and any supporting material: charts, photography, management commentary. We return a complete interactive experience, ready to publish under your domain.
Every layout decision is made by a person, not a template. Pull quotes are selected for weight. Charts are rebuilt from the underlying data so numbers match to the cent. Section pacing is tuned so the strategy narrative lands before the appendix begins.
We review the draft against your brand manual and your legal team’s redlines before it goes live. The output is yours, hosted by us, with a versioned changelog so every edit is auditable.
02
Visit and interaction analytics.
Every published story is instrumented. We track every visit and every interaction: unique visitors, session depth, time-on-section, scroll completion, click and hover paths, device mix, and geography. The data is anonymised, aggregated, and delivered in a dashboard your CFO can read in under a minute.
For the first time, annual report performance is a number you can put on a slide. Which sections held attention, where readers drop off, whether the strategy chapter is reaching institutional visitors or retail. Evidence, not assumption.
Data stays yours. Exportable as CSV or via API, never resold, never used to train external models. A monthly PDF recap lands in your inbox, with a live link for the team to explore.
03
Ask-the-document Q&A.
Each report ships with a custom language model fine-tuned on your document and supporting filings. Shareholders, analysts, and journalists can ask plain-English questions — How did margins move in Precision Components? What drove the Q3 cash flow swing? — and get answers grounded in your text, with citations back to the page and section.
Off-document questions return a polite decline rather than a guess. Every answer is logged, so you can see what readers actually wanted to know. Your data is never used to train external or shared models.
04
Workflow fit.
Informance is additive. Your existing agency continues to produce the printed report, the PDF, and the proxy. We pick up after your final PDF is signed off, which means no change to your legal review timeline, your filing schedule, or your vendor relationships.
Your IR team learns nothing new in year one. We run the first engagement end-to-end. If you move to the ongoing plan, we train a single point of contact on the platform. The interface is designed for quarterly use, not daily.
Every deliverable maps to a moment already on your calendar: the annual report, the quarterly earnings release, the occasional shareholder letter. We work to your dates, not ours.
